Observing Shabbat with MLL
Every first Friday of the month we are meeting to observe Shabbat eve at 6 pm with MLL. We are reading the Torah, Prophets, and portions of the Brith Chadascha (New Testament). We sing, study, discuss and celebrate together. We will welcome Shabbat with the candle lighting ceremony and the kidush (traditional blessing of bread and wine) and have a Shabbath meal. We meet in pretty good privacy at home!
